Craft has been deprecated and as such removed from the titlebar. If you want it you can always link directly to it. It is not possible to create new craft nodes anymore. There are plenty of other places to put nodes like this, Code Catacombs and Snippets being the most relevent. We don't currently have any plans to delete or do anything drastic with existing Craft nodes so dont worry if you have some posted there. They aren't going anywhere in a hurry.
