Now it is no secret that I absolutely despise HTML/CGI/HTTP/<anything web related>, but it is a fact of life that there are some necessary evils. Is there a standard or rule of thumb when doing this? Can someone provide a real world example? While I might complain the whole way - I am always willing to learn.
