Hello monks...
I used PAR's "pp" function to make a Windows .exe file from a Perl script. I've run this script on a number of machines successfully, but I recently shipped it to a machine on which it will not run. When I attempt to run it, I get a Windows pop-up box that says
par.exe- No Disk #(this is the window title)
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Devic
+e\Harddisk\DR1
Cancel/Try Again/Continue #(these are buttons)
The problem box is running Win2KPro. PAR is version 0.06 on ActiveState Perl 5.8.3
Any suggestions about what's going on with PAR would be welcome. I'm stumped.
