Iam not a great guy in regular expression.

I have tried a little with regular expressions.

my $str;
($str=<DATA>)=~s{(((\n|^)K (.*?)(?=\n|$))+)}{"$3<p>".${($_=$1)=~s!(\n|
+^)K !,%!g,\$_}."</p>"}eg;
