Everything here is a privilege and can be taken away as easily as it was granted. So lets not distract ourselves with abstract discussion of our rights on pm, better to focus on what we can do and how we can make PM a better place.

RIGHTS ARE AN ILLUSION:

Part of the problem is the misnamed Bill of Rights in the USA, and it's equivalent in other countries also mostly having "Rights" somewhere in the title. EVERY single 'right' in those documents can be revoked under specific conditions.

Every 'right' that people talk about is actually a privilege granted by their society and revokable by the same.

The only 'Inalienable Rights' that exist are those backed by 'Laws of Physics', and those are mostly restrictions ;)

I also expect some heavy down votes for unpopular speech, but that's their privilege...
