I would be very glad, if you can share your wisdom with me.

I try to find a regex which matches not out-commented lines.
Comments are '//' and '/* ... */'.
E.g.: 
doApply()      <== match
// doNotApply()<== NOT match
/*
  doWhatEver() <== NOT match
*/
