I think the better way again sleep and fatique is Vitamin C. Nowdays I have much work and I try drink a lot of coffe but result was that I fall asleep earlier. Friends recommended me Vitamin C when I am sleepy and fatique and now with vitamin C work long time to night and morning I am fresh. Try it.
