hi!
I'm on a Linux (Gentoo), I want to change the ip , broadcast, gateway, dns and so on all by perl it own, jump out the ifconfig program.
How can I do so, or, How does the ifconfig do so? I can't find anything under /proc directory , which is seemed to be related to the netcard. My poor C didn't allow me to understand most of the ifconfig source. So, anyone gets some ideas?
