One of the coffee shops by where I work has staff that I have finally gotten "trained". They don't look at me funny when I ask them for "The Sniper Special."

They have an item on their menu called "A Shot In The Dark." This consists of a large regular drip coffee into which a shot of esspresso is poured.

I have further refined this to a large drip coffee of the day with 2 shots of esspresso in it. This has become known as the Sniper Special aka "Big Double Shot in the Dark."
