According to
Forced Preview on non-editable root nodes, you can set this option in
user settings. It doesn't seem to apply to all sections, but I don't have the option to post replies to SoPW questions directly.
I have to preview them first, because I'm lazy and haven't disabled this behavior yet.
Is this what you were seeking?
Update: I had time to do some checking (between cooking and writing documentation), and I only have the Preview button when I don't use the Comment on link. I can go to a new SoPW question and fill in the little Reply form at the bottom of the page, and have the Preview button, if my settings force me to preview.
Adding a check to the Comment on superdoc for that particular user variable shouldn't take more than seven or eight lines of code.

Titles consisting of a single word are discouraged, and in most cases are disallowed outright.
Read Where should I post X? if you're not absolutely sure you're posting in the right place.
