In Rhode Island (where I grew up), they have this stuff called "Coffee Syrup", because "Coffee Milk" is the state drink about 50% of the time. It's much like Hershey's Syrup, only instead of chocolate, well... you get the idea. And yes, it is quite tasty straight. You can occasionally find it in Massachusetts and Connecticut, too...
