After fighting with this code for about 15 minutes i have finally comeup with this. 

$#_=-1;$|++;for(\pos,\&_,\\$_){$_[++$#_]=chr(ord(substr$_,$[,$|)-2)};$
+_[++$#_]=substr\%_,$[,$|;print for@_;

I think still this code can be further optmised.
