Part of the usage information is available on http://testers.cpan.org/ - it will tell you who installed (or failed to install) a module on what platform.

Or it should tell you, but the actual reports appear to be unavailable today.

Update: if you want to participate in testing CPAN modules, just install CPANPLUS and configure the reporting option.
