Dear Monks,
I like to take existing PDF and put sometype of header on the top of it. Now PDF may contain anything and header or the content behind may not be clearly visible. So I like to shrink the PDF file and put the header on the top of it. I am not sure how I can do it exactly. I appreciate any help.
