submit-cpan-ratings is a script which automates the process of finding the modules you've used in your codeI read an implied "ever", as in not in specific code, but modules that you've used (and are therefore in site_perl)
If you submit this to CPAN (presumably to cpan scripts) I'd recommend PARing in the modules.
What's to parse? You can File::Find to walk the tree no? Then use existing &get_installed_module_version.
