Hello,

I am seeking some advice... I wrote a CGI script for a client, whom paid me by the hour. The script allows their customers to upload and download data. Because they need a high level of security, they asked that I have a third party certify its integrity.

The way I see it, if I just open the source code for all my fellow perl gurus we may all benefit. I would like to know what your thoughts are. I am willing to either post the source 400 lines of code here, or just link to it on my server.
