I have noticed that my native win32 version of localtime() is not recognizing the daylight summertime. I am running a Windows XP Home edition Running perl -e "print scalar localtime()" & time /T
prints Tue Sep 14 09:58:52 2004 10:58
However running localtime under a cygwin window produces the correct time.
Any ideas why?
