Since the information you give is very limited, I can only direct you to the Maypole Wiki and my introductory roadmap to Maypole. The problem can lie in various places, ranging from a botched Maypole installation, a botched Apache installation, not following the steps to get beerdb working, a botched Apache configuration, syntax errors in the Perl parts, configuration errors in the database parts and many other parts.
