Seems better to me to have asections "Suggestions" to keep track of different fields to be improved, so we don't repeat and repat and don't make it messier :-)
So it's just like spiltting it up to pieces and on the other hand seems to be needed a system of how a suggestion should look alike, I mean something like the order and methodolgy of a module review for example.
But my name has still it's meaning, so don't feel opposed :-)
