  1. What module?
  2. What distribution of ActiveState?
  3. Have you looked at the makefile to see what commands it might be trying to run?
  4. Is Perl in your path?
  5. What O/S are you running (95/98/NT/2K)?
  6. What make utility are you using?
You need to give us a lot more information before you can expect any sort of a reasonable answer.
