Get a different job

Many programmers promoted into a managerial career path find they no longer have time to code. And they probably get paid more.

Fuck becoming a manager. Fuck better pay. On days like yesterday, when the programming just wasn't fun, I want to go back to being a bus conductor. *That* was the best job I ever had.
