Well, the thing Is I want people to view their votes as a miser views his money. Extremely conservatively. The only way I can conceive of influencing peoples behaviour in this regard is to reduce the number of votes they have. 20 is a lot, more than enough. But I guess since we would have 20 levels it would probably be easier to use 30 or maybe 32 votes so that at some levels people get more than 2 more votes. The other thing I think is that this change should in some way or another impact everyone. For instance my level and XP here mean the current proposals would leave me unchanged. I could see some arguing that that is unfair. At the very least take away some of my votes. :-)
