I developed a speed trap web application where people can register speed traps online and other people can view them, now I need them to be able to type in a city/state and then pan and zoom to a location which they will click where the speed trap is located the lat/long is sent to the server so it can be saved with the speedtrap.

I'd like use Tiger geo files to do this but I want to know if anyone knows of any good map servers that work with Perl that can do this? Or any other ways to implement this. Any suggestions?
