I am looking for simple and convenient Perl based Content Management System (CMS) for web site. Its preferable that not need FTP. Simple requirements: Perl module 5.0, no MySQL or PHP, no Java or servlets. I need have the full control about the generated source, so i always write my web pages in a standard text editor. Need some recomendations.
