i want to include a css in this how to do that i have a Css called format.css.

I have put my html template in cgi-bin template folder and my cgi script in cgi-bin cgiscript folder both have mode 755.Format.css is in template directory but it is not working.I am using linux so mozilla browser.But this is not working.

help !!!
