The Apache/Perl binary distribution at apache.org now has a Perl 5.8.6/Apache 2.0.52/mod_perl 2/php 4.3.10 available (mirrors here). It contains the 811 build from ActiveState.

It contains also some non-core modules like Tk, libwww-perl, DBI.
