This is not related to perl, but some of you might have known the solution for this.

How to refresh the IE browser automatically with time settings.

I want to refresh the perl monks site after every 3 mins automatically instead of refreshing manually by pressing F5.

Is there anyway to do this.

I have searched by google for solution, by that solution, i tried, but it is not refreshing after every 3 mins.
