I need to do some image format-conversion and thumbnailing in a CGI to be shared-hosted at Verio under Windows. But Verio doesn't allow installation of DLLs on a shared host. Is there such as thing as a Perl imaging module that doesn't rely on an independent library? Or one whose library was EXEs instead of DLLs?

So far I've looked into GD, ImageMacick, and about a dozen others, but they all require DLLs to be installed. Gee, I'd hate to have to write all that stuff in Perl!
