It seems that by the time I am writing this, a doc://foobar link already links to perldoc.perldrunks.org, so thanks to whoever has changed it.

However, perldoc://foobar still points to www.perldoc.com, which is probably intentional. I didn't even know about the doc: pseudo-protocol until I've read this thread.
