Out of curiosity, what is your liablility if the program you write is hacked or otherwise compromised? Are you required to have some kind of bond, or are you absolved of any responsibility.

Useless trivia: In the 2004 Las Vegas phone book there are approximately 28 pages of ads for massage, but almost 200 for lawyers.
