It also uses Win32::Console to wrap long lines in a more readable manner, but those 4 lines can be replaced with either a hard-coded value (e.g. $w=80) or the equivalent console-width-determining logic for the platform.

Do not rebuke them with harsh words ... but rather lead them gently - with URLs - so that they may learn wisdom.
