Your questions aren't very clear.

As I understand you:

  1. Your script queries a database of some kind and creates a Excel spreedsheet of the results.
  2. You open that spreadsheet and receive a "File not loaded completely" error
  3. You have somehow worked out that in an old UNIX System your query created three Excel spreedsheets due to the Spreadsheet::WriteExcel Module?
  4. You are wondering if something can be done in another script

Well, we don't know what you have worked out to be the error, and we don't know what you are asking.

Could you kindly explain each point again please?
