Hi,

I'm attempting to install Apache::Request on windows, but not having any luck. As far as I know, this module uses XS, so should be installed from binaries, but I can't seem to find a version under PPM (tried several repositories).

Installing from source (via CPAN.pm) doesn't work:
cp lib/Apache/libapreq.pm blib\lib\Apache\libapreq.pm cp libapreq.pod blib\lib\libapreq.pod cl -c -I"C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\include" -I"C:\ +Program Fi les\Apache Group\Apache\include/../os/win32" -I"C:/MyFiles/modperl/src +/modules/p erl" -nologo -Gf -W3 -MD -Zi -DNDEBUG -O1 -DWIN32 -D_CONSOLE -DNO_STR +ICT -DHAVE _DES_FCRYPT -DNO_HASH_SEED -DPERL_IMPLICIT_CONTEXT -DPERL_IMPLICIT_SYS + -DUSE_PER LIO -DPERL_MSVCRT_READFIX -MD -Zi -DNDEBUG -O1 -DVERSION=\"1.33\" +-DXS_VERSI ON=\"1.33\" "-IC:\Perl\lib\CORE" apache_request.c 'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe' : return code + '0x1' Stop. NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe' : return code + '0x2' Stop. C:\WINDOWS\nmake.EXE -- NOT OK
Any one have any suggestions?

Thanks.
