Actually I'm thinking of some way to build a random quest, but from there it would REALLY be necessary to manage other things, items, etc. It would mutate into an entirely different game, I guess :)
BTW I think you really should try my random monster trick : the monsters are more or less easy (but not as hard as the demon), and I found out playing the game easier monsters are best killed with daggers, and harder monsters with magic. So it add a slight strategy feeling to the game, I really like it :)
Going back to the random quest, I'm going to throw a rapid stuff together (ragnarok-like, I'd say) and post it here in a separate entry!
