I get 12 votes a day, and it's a rare day when I use them all. I don't like to vote on things I don't understand, which at the moment is most of Perl. However, when I have time to do some real learning, I do find 12 restrictive, and have to come back later to upvote useful threads & nodes. I'm sure a few get missed.
