It really helps to specify what module you are using. I will assume Spreadsheet::ParseExcel. There are examples in TFM that you should be able to modify without much trouble: 
for my $wrksheet ( @{$new_book->{Worksheet}} ) {
    print $wrksheet->{Name}, "\n";
}
