Fellow Monks,

I'm in the process of installing ARSPerl on NT4. I'm using ActivePerl 5.6 (build 620) and the Remedy ARS version 4.02 API along with gcc to compile it.

What is your opinion of the package and it's usefulness?
Are there any 'gotchas' that anyone here have come across while installing this package?
Have you found solutions to said 'gotchas'?
