A little more detail would be good.

The bottom line is that's probably an installation issue. It's quite likely that you can fix this with an appropriate use lib statement, but it's hard to say with so little info.

Do not rebuke them with harsh words ... but rather lead them gently - with URLs - so that they may learn wisdom.
