I occasionally get the following error when running one of my perl cgi scripts:

./harrisfilter.cgi: text busy
harrisfilter.cgi exited abnormally: 512 at buildpag.cgi line 557

harrisfilter.cgi is a child process of buildpag.cgi, but I sometimes get the same sort of error with buildpag.cgi itself. I can always fix this error by opening up the file containing the source code for harrisfilter and re-saving it. I've tried issuing "touch harrisfilter.cgi" and that doesn't fix it. My path to perl is correct and harrisfilter.cgi has the correct permissions set.
