I've had Web & Software Development: A Legal Guide (ISBN 1413300871) from Nolo recommended (and I think I've mentioned it in similar threads). I don't have a copy yet (sitting in my wishlist on amazon still) but they're a pretty well respected outfit for legal advice books and I've got a couple of their other books.
