Damian Conway's Perl Best Practices is due out very soon now, and I interviewed him about the likeliness of it starting wars in tech groups, what it means for Klingons, and why it has exactly a power of two number of guidelines. As always, his answers were better than the questions.

Update: I swapped out an "eight" for a "two". D'oh!
