Have you tried installing via the CPAN module?
If you're using Windows and ActiveState's ppm, you should be able to type 'ppm' on the command line (probably also a shortcut to it in your start menu) and type 'install Some::Module' at the prompt. (I also notice a Net::SSH::W32Perl ) I can't remember the last time I had to install a perl module by actually running the makefile myself.
