In addition to contributing to the fund, I think it is necessary to take some publicity action. The details of the case should be written up in a clear, concise paragraph or two that is mirrored on many websites, so that anybody looking for information on Health Market Science will know about their shady business practices -- especially their customers.

Also, getting the EFF and/or some media involved might help. Just relying on the court case could become rather expensive if the company has a lot of resources.
