In general I do. Yesterday I changed the fonts used by my editor to use Andale Mono as its the only monotyped font ive found that still looks good at large font sizes. And ive discovered that large fonts make my eyes happier, which has a knock on effect that I dont get headaches anywhere near as often.

I just wish the proggy fonts worked at higher font sizes. The size that they have picked looks fine on a small 17 inch monitor but are nightmarishly small on my 20 inch tft at home.
