I created Perlmonks TagCloud (100 items) with RSS http://www.perlmonks.com/?node_id=30175&xmlstyle=rss. You can change the last number in the link to a reasonable value under 200. You may decide the value of contents.

Update: I have created Tagcloud for Perlmonks using tagcloud.com service. You can read the complete details here. There is also a cpan module for creating tagclouds HTML::TagCloud: Tag clouds serve as a textual way to visualize terms and topics that are used most frequently. The tags are sorted alphabetically and a larger font is used to indicate more frequent term usage.
