I want to make a transpose operation like Math::Matrix transpose() but with chars and with any number of rows/cols like: 
A B C F G
u b 
1 T A R S 2 P
to: 
A u 1
B b T
C   A
F   R
G   S
    2
    P
Is there a same intelligent way to do this? (without use any module ...)
