There is a problem with your seed generation: Each of the 256 seed values is bigger than the previous one. While this might be difficult to predict, it is not random.
In order to be classified as random each of the 2^(32*256) possible seeds must be equally probably, and I would definitely say that is not the case for your algorithm.
There are several random sources available that you can use for seeding your isaac algorithm: Local sources such as /dev/random and a similar source available under Windows XP, and internet sources such as random.org and HotBits. There is no need for you to try to reinvent this wheel. I recommend that you look at Math::Random::MT::Auto as I have tackled this same problem in that module.
Remember: There's always one more bug.
