The return value is array reference. So you have to dereference the array reference as shown below.

print "@$v\n";

prints the output: 

2003 12 1
2003 12 2
2003 12 3
2003 12 4
2003 12 5
2003 12 6
2003 12 7
2003 12 8
2003 12 9
2003 12 10
