How can I remove/replace a ’ (\x092)? 
my $str = q|cat’s|;
$str =~ s/\x092/'/;
print "$str\n";

# outputs:
# cat’s

[download]
The ’ could be anywhere in the string.

winxp/activestate 5.8.7.
