Greetings Monks,

I am using DBI and DBD oracle under XP. The perl compiler which I am using is Active(5.8.4). When i try to connect to oracle9i, i am getting the following error.

"Can't connect: ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified (DBD ERROR: OCISessionBegin) at first.pl line 11."

Can someone throw some light about the same.
